Official Rules: Ascendant Lifestyle Giveaway

1. Sponsor

Ascendant Lifestyle, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.


2. Eligibility

  • Who: Legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at entry.

  • Excluded Parties: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members.

  • Void Where Prohibited: Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.


3. Promotion Period

  • Start Date: September 22, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM MT.

  • End Date: When 5,000 qualifying sales are recorded OR September 22, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM MT, whichever occurs first.

  • Early Termination: Sponsor may end or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other forces beyond its control compromise integrity.


4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Method

  • Earn 10 entries per $1.00 USD spent (excluding taxes, shipping, handling) on ascendantlifestyle.store..

  • No limit on purchase entries.

  • Purchases must occur within the Promotion Period.

B. Free Method (No Purchase Necessary)

  • Follow Sponsor’s social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Receive 25 entries per platform followed (max 100 entries per person).

  • Accounts must remain public and active through winner selection.


5. Entry Conditions

  • Combine both entry methods for maximum entries.

  • Automated entries, false identities, or bulk entries void all entries and participants may be disqualified.

  • Sponsor’s decisions on eligibility and entry validity are final.


6. Prize Description

  • Grand Prize (Total Retail Value: $20,000):

    • $20,000 USD cash!

  • Prize Media Disclaimer: Photos, videos, and promotional content may be AI-generated or use props (e.g., fake cash) and may not exactly depict the actual prize.

  • Disclosure: Final itinerary and prize details will be published once sponsorship agreements are finalized. No winner expense required to obtain prize details.


7. Winner Selection

  • Random drawing held within 3 business days after Promotion Period ends.

  • Drawing conducted live on Sponsor’s social media.

  • Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries.


8. Winner Notification & Acceptance

  • Winner notified via email, phone, or social media within 3 business days of drawing.

  • Winner must respond within 14 calendar days or prize forfeits and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

  • Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within 7 days of notification.


9. Taxes & Fees

  • Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes related to prize receipt and use.

  • Any additional expenses not expressly included are winner’s responsibility.


10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.


11. General Conditions

  • Right to Cancel/Modify: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion for any reason beyond its control.

  • Disqualification: Sponsor may disqualify any entry or entrant found to be tampering or in violation of these rules.

  • Limitations of Liability: Sponsor, its affiliates, and agencies are not responsible for technical errors, unauthorized interventions, or any injury or damage related to participation or prize use.


12. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or injuries arising from participation or prize acceptance.


13. Disputes

  • Governing Law: Wyoming law, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

  • Arbitration: Disputes resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules.

  • No Class Actions: Entrants waive the right to participate in any class or representative action.


14. Privacy

Personal information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing.


15. Winner’s List

To obtain the winner’s name after September 22, 2026, refer the the "Previous winners page" at Ascendant.lifestyle.store


Effective Date

These Official Rules are effective as of September 22, 2025. All entries are governed by the rules in effect at the time of entry.
