Shipping Disclaimer

We strive to provide free shipping as quickly as possible. However, since our items are made to order, shipping may take longer than standard times from other vendors. The expected shipping time frame is between 3-10 days. To be fully transparent, shipping times will typically take longer than 5 days during the 1st giveaway period as we get off the ground. We are working to improve these shipping times in the near future and greatly appreciate your understanding. Please note that the shipping estimates provided are not guarantees of delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as order volume, inventory status, and other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will supply a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address entered at checkout. Ascendant Lifestyle LLC is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer. We sincerely wish there was more we could do to assist in these situations, but due to the nature of the items qualifying as giveaway entries, there is unfortunately little we can do.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via your provided contact info. You will have 30 days to respond. If we do not receive a response within 30 days from the initial email, your order will be automatically voided.

International Customers

Due to the nature of our giveaways, only customers based in the United States are eligible to enter. Ascendant Lifestyle LLC is not responsible for foreign purchases made, as the website should only be visible to those residing within the United States.
